A ATUAÇÃO DE PSICÓLOGOS EM EQUIPES DE NÚCLEOS DE APOIO A SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA
Este artigo apresenta uma pesquisa qualitativa contextualizando o trabalho da psicologia na saúde pública. Buscou conhecer e descrever a atuação de profissionais de psicologia em uma equipe do Núcleo de Apoio a Saúde da Família (NASF) de uma cidade do interior de Minas Gerais, estabelecendo comparações com o que a literatura e diretrizes do SUS propõem. Realizaram-se entrevistas semiestruturadas com dois dos três psicólogos atuantes de NASF da cidade pesquisada, sendo que houve a recusa do terceiro profissional. Os dados colhidos foram registrados em áudio e analisados posteriormente. O estudo sinalizou discrepâncias dos profissionais com relação ao comprometimento com o serviço, parcialidade na execução dentre a estratégia de trabalho, que é o matriciamento, e deficiências na formação dos profissionais face ao trabalho na saúde pública. Diante das dificuldades apresentadas, sugere que mais estudos sejam feitos no entorno do tema, buscando fomentar mudanças

Abstract:
This article presents a qualitative research contextualizing the work of psychology in public health. He sought to know and describe the performance of psychology professionals in a team of the Family Health Support Center (NASF) of a city in the interior of Minas Gerais, establishing comparisons with what the literature and guidelines of the SUS proposes. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with two of the three NASF psychologists working in the city, and the third professional refused. The data collected were recorded in audio and analyzed later. The study pointed to the professionals' discrepancies regarding the commitment to the service, bias in the execution of the work strategy, which is matriciation, and deficiencies in the training of professionals in relation to work in public health. In view of the difficulties presented, he suggests that more studies be done around the theme, seeking to foster change.
