A ATUAÇÃO DE ENFERMAGEM NO MANEJO TERAPÊUTICO E PREVENTIVO DAS LESÕES POR PRESSÃO
Objetivo: Identificar na literatura a atuação da Enfermagem no manejo terapêutico e preventivo das lesões por pressão. Métodos: Trata-se de uma Revisão Integrativa da Literatura (RIL), de modo descritivo, com tipologia qualitativa. A pesquisa ocorreu entre os meses de Agosto e Setembro de 2021. Os dados foram coletados na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS) e Scientific Electronic Library Online (ScieLO) no período de 2016 a 2021. Resultados: Foram analisados um total de 9 artigos originais, sendo perceptível que as lesões por pressão são comumente relacionadas às regiões corporais de proeminências ósseas, cisalhamento, fricção e demais fatores presentes no indivíduo que geram a lesão tegumentar, apresentam retardo cicatricial, presença de dor e desconforto. A importância da utilização da Escala de Braden, classificação das lesões e aplicação de medidas preventivas. Conclusão: Percebe-se a escassez de profissionais especializados na área, mostrando-se necessário a realização de capacitações, cursos de aprimoramento e especialização na área, acerca dos cuidados prestados pelo enfermeiro no âmbito do manejo terapêutico e preventivo de lesões por pressão.

Abstract:
Objective: To identify in the literature the role of Nursing in the therapeutic and preventive management of pressure injuries. Methods: This is an Integrative Literature Review (ILR), in a descriptive way, with a qualitative typology. The research took place between August and September 2021. Data were collected in the Virtual Health Library (BVS) and Scielo from 2016 to 2021. Results: A total of 9 original articles were analyzed, and it is noticeable that the lesions by pressure are commonly related to the body regions of bony prominences, shear, friction and other factors present in the individual that generate the integumentary lesion, present healing delay, presence of pain and discomfort. The importance of using the Braden Scale, classification of injuries and application of preventive measures. Conclusion: There is a shortage of specialized professionals in the area, showing that it is necessary to carry out training, improvement and specialization courses in the area, about the care provided by nurses in the context of the therapeutic and preventive management of pressure injuries.
