A ATRIBUIÇÃO DAS FERRAMENTAS TECNOLÓGICAS NA SECRETARIA DAS ESCOLAS MUNICIPAIS
Objetiva-se neste estudo abordar as principais atribuições das
ferramentas tecnológicas no processo organizacional das secretarias em escolas
municipais. O intuito é apresentar a importância destas ferramentas no
aprimoramento e desenvolvimento da gestão escolar. Nos últimos tempos, as
rápidas mudanças e os avanços progressivos da tecnologia fazem com que a
sociedade se adeque ao seu uso. No contexto escolar não é diferente, porém, as
escolas devem encarar este desafio como forma de melhorar e facilitar o dia a dia
dos colaboradores, principalmente, na secretaria, pois é ali que o funcionamento da
escola acontece. A implantação de ferramentas tecnológicas tais como, RCO,
SERE, PAM, Histórico online nas escolas, favorece e agiliza informações do
cotidiano escolar. Nesse contexto, o intuito deste estudo é verificar a efetividade
destas ferramentas nas escolas municipais. Utilizou-se como metodologia,
abordagem qualitativa seguida de pesquisa bibliográfica, através de livros, artigos
científicos e reportagens de sites Governamentais envolvendo a temática em
questão. Por fim, verificou-se mediante a revisão de literatura a relevância da
informatização e atualização tecnológica na secretaria escolar, pois, além de facilitar
a gestão escolar, o uso de softwares específicos acaba agilizando processos, que
antes, só poderiam ser resolvidos na secretaria.

Abstract:
This study aims to address the main roles of technological tools in the
organizational process of secretaries in municipal schools. The intention is to
demonstrate the importance of these tools in the improvement and development of
school management. In recent times, the rapid changes and progressive advances in
technology make society adapt to its use. In the school context it is no different, but
schools must face this challenge as a way to improve and facilitate the employees'
daily routine, especially in the secretary's office, because that is where the school
operation takes place. The implementation of technological tools such as RCO,
SERE, PAM, and online transcripts in schools favors and speeds up daily school
information. In this context, the purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of
these tools in municipal schools. The methodology used was a qualitative approach
followed by bibliographic research through books, scientific articles, and reports from
governmental sites involving the subject in question. Finally, the literature review
demonstrated the relevance of computerization and technological updating in theschool office, because, besides facilitating school management, the use of specific
software speeds up processes that, before, could only be solved in the office.
