A ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM HUMANIZADA À MULHER EM PROCESSO DE ABORTAMENTO INDUZIDO
O presente trabalho tem como
objetivo analisar o atendimento humanizado
as mulheres em processo de abortamento
induzido. Ressalta-se que o interesse pelo
objeto de estudo surge a partir da necessidade
de assistência a mulher que sofre um aborto.
O mesmo tem como objetivo contribuir com
as práticas dos profissionais de enfermagem
com o objetivo de amenizar os problemas que
impedem que o profissional respeite a vida e
os direitos da mulher sem discriminação de
qualquer natureza. O abortamento é uma
interrupção da gestação até a 20ª ou 22ª semana
de gravidez e com expulsão do concepto com
peso inferior a 500 gramas e/ou estatura menor
ou igual a 25 cm. O aborto é a expulsão do feto
e sua causa é denominada de aborto induzido
ou espontâneo. O aborto induzido é a terceira
maior causa de morte no Brasil, representando
milhares de mortes no ano e por complicações
que acontecem logo depois do ato. Esse tipo de aborto acaba resultando em graves
problemas para as mulheres, como, traumatismo dos órgãos reprodutivos, hemorragia,
peritonite, septicemia, aumentando assim os gastos nos sistemas de saúde onde
se prevenidos ou evitados podem diminuir esses autos custos. Nesse contexto, a
enfermagem exerce um papel muito importante possuindo obrigações de prestar uma
assistência humanizada, com ética e que atenda as verdadeiras urgências dessas
mulheres, respeitando os seus direitos, a vida e sua dignidade, não tratando essa
mulher de maneira diferente, e mantendo sempre o sigilo profissional, pois ela se
encontra em estado de vulnerabilidade e não deseja que sua vida seja exposta e nem
mesmo criticada.

Abstract:
The present study aims to analyze the humanized care of women in
induced abortion process. It is emphasized that the interest in the object of study
arises from the need to assist the woman who suffers an abortion. The purpose of
this study is to contribute to the practices of nursing professionals in order to alleviate
problems that prevent professionals from respecting the life and rights of women
without discrimination of any kind. Abortion is an interruption of pregnancy until the
20th or 22nd week of pregnancy and with expulsion of the concept weighing less than
500 grams and / or height less than or equal to 25 cm. Abortion is the expulsion of
the fetus and its cause is called induced or spontaneous abortion. Induced abortion
is the third leading cause of death in Brazil, accounting for thousands of deaths in the
year and complications occurring soon after the act. This type of abortion ends up
resulting in serious problems for women, such as trauma to the reproductive organs,
hemorrhage, peritonitis, septicemia, thus increasing the expenses in health systems
where if prevented or avoided can lower these costs autos. In this context, nursing plays
a very important role, having obligations to provide a humanized, ethical assistance
and that attends to the real urgencies of these women, respecting their rights, life and
their dignity, not treating this woman differently, and maintaining always professional
secrecy because she is in a state of vulnerability and does not want her life to be
exposed or even criticized.
