A ARTICULAÇÃO TEORIA-PRÁTICA NA FORMAÇÃO DE ENFERMEIROS: POSSIBILIDADES DO AUTOESTUDO DOCENTE
O presente artigo traz uma reflexão acerca do autoestudo docente e suas possibilidades num Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP) de um curso de formação de enfermeiros. Considera-se que, principalmente na área da saúde há permanente articulação entre teoria e prática, da mesma forma como o autoestudo docente estabelece a conexão entre prática de ensino e teoria que a fundamenta.Tratase de um conjunto de elementos pedagógicoepistemológicos sobre a(não)formação pedagógica de professores que atuam na formação de profissionais da área da Saúde e alguns caminhos que podem ser criados, a partir do próprio PPP, com vistas à articulação teoria-prática que é inerente à área e que pode consubstanciar, pedagogicamente, a atividade docente. Ao final, apresenta-se um guia para ser utilizado no exercício de autoestudo docente.

Abstract:
The present article brings a reflection about the teaching self-study and its possibilities in a political pedagogical project (PPP) of a training course of teachers. It is considered that, especially in the area of health, there is a permanent articulation between theory and practice, in the same way as the teaching self-study establishes the connection between teaching practice and teaching theory that supports. Its is a set of pedagogical – epistemological elements about the (non) pedagogical formation of teachers who work in the training of professionals in the area of health and some ways that can be created, from the PPP itself, with a view to the theoretical – practice that is inherent to the area and that can pedagogically substantiate the teaching activity. At the and, a guide is presented to be used in the self-study exercise.
