A ARQUITETURA CONTEMPORÂNEA E SUA INFLUÊNCIA EM RESIDÊNCIAS DE SANTO CRISTO/RS
Este texto tem por tema a influência
da arquitetura contemporânea em residências
situadas na cidade de Santo Cristo/RS.
Justificamos a escolha do tema pela importância
da atual escola arquitetônica e pelo fascínio
que o estilo provoca, tanto em leigos quanto
em profissionais da área, mesmo tendo formas
geométricas e linhas simples. O principal
objetivo é apresentar características marcantes
da arquitetura contemporânea e relacioná-las
com as casas das famílias. Ainda, temos o
intuito de evidenciar o modo como edificações
do mesmo estilo podem ser tão diferentes
entre si, mesmo com elementos similares. A
metodologia consiste em pesquisa de campo,
pesquisa bibliográfica com base em livros da
área de arquitetura e arte, e produção gráfica
(desenhos em grafite, pinturas em aquarela e
fotografias). Como resultado, apresentamos a
relevância da pesquisa e produção científica
no meio acadêmico e a construção do
conhecimento da forma, arte, movimentos
artísticos e da pluralidade cultural. Além disso,
marcas da arquitetura pós-moderna são ligadas
às casas das famílias em elementos como
o vidro, sobreposições e uso de materiais
tradicionais.

Abstract:
This text has the theme of the
influence of contemporary architecture in
residences located in the city of Santo Cristo
/ RS. We justify the choice of theme for the
importance of the current architectural school
and for the fascination that the style provokes,
both in laymen and in professionals of the area,
even having geometric shapes and simple
lines. The main objective is to present striking
features of contemporary architecture and relate
them to the homes of families. Furthermore,
we intend to show how similar buildings can
be so different from one another, even with
similar elements. The methodology consists
of field research, bibliographic research based
on books in the area of architecture and art,
and graphic production (graphite drawings,
watercolor paintings and photographs). As a
result, we present the relevance of research and scientific production in the academic
environment and the construction of knowledge of form, art, artistic movements and
cultural plurality. In addition, brands of postmodern architecture are linked to the homes
of families in elements such as glass, overlays and use of traditional materials.
