A ARGUMENTAÇÃO CONTRÁRIA AOS DIREITOS HUMANOS DA COMUNIDADE LGBTI EM COMENTÁRIOS DE PORTAIS DE INFORMAÇÃO: UMA ANÁLISE SEMIÓTICA, DISCURSIVA E ARGUMENTATIVA
O objetivo deste trabalho é explicitar
como os Direitos Humanos são interpretados
pelos sujeitos quando há relação desses direitos
com a diversidade sexual. Para tanto, recorreuse
aos aportes teóricos da Semiótica
Discursiva, da Análise do Discurso de linha
francesa e de abordagens da argumentação.
O corpus foi delimitado em cem comentários
extraídos dos portais de informações G1,
UOL e Terra. A análise constatou que, quando
relacionados à comunidade LGBTI, os Direitos
Humanos são de modo geral negados, sendo
os argumentos do modelo e do antimodelo
frequentemente utilizados com o intuito de
sustentar essa rejeição. Quanto às etapas
narrativas mobilizadas, observou-se a
recorrência de itens lexicais que explicitam
uma sanção negativa. Além disso, observouse
que, não raro, esse posicionamento está
ancorado no discurso religioso e em referências
a figuras de reconhecidas práticas e discursos
cruéis.

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to spell
out how the humans rights are interpreted by
the subjects when there is relationship of these
rights with the sexual diversity. Therefore,
reference to theoretical approach of discursive
semiotics, of discourse analysis of french line
the of argumentation studys. The corpus was
delimited in one hundred comments extracted
from the information portals G1, UOL and
Terra. The analysis found that when related
to the LGBTI community, human rights are
generally denied, and the model and antimodel
arguments are often used to support this
rejection. As to the mobileds narratives stages,
there was a recurrence of lexical items that
explain a negative sanction. Moreover, this kind
of positioning is anchored in religious discourse
and in reference to figures of recognizes practive and cruvial discourse.
