A APLICAÇÃO DA MORTE מ֥וֹת MOT NO DISCURSO DA HOMOSSEXUALIDADE EM LEVÍTICO 20,13
A construção desta pesquisa se dará na análise da inserção da morte מ֥וֹת mot como punição aos adeptos da homossexualidade em meio ao discurso de Levítico 20,13, que contraria substancialmente o mandamento da lei mosaica que proíbe a morte no enunciado de Êxodo 20,13 “não matarás”. A nossa proposta inicial, está em descobrir os motivos que levaram os redatores a incluisão da morte como punição aos praticantes da homossexualidade no período do pós-exílio babilônico. Desta forma, utilizaremos como metodologia de estudo, a pesquisa bibliográfica, desenvolvida com base em materiais já publicados, a Bíblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia (1997) que contribuirá na tradução e análise de textos Sagrados e a utilização da Bíblia de Jerusalém (1991) que nos ajudará na coleta e no registro dos dados pertinentes ao recorte a ser pesquisado. Esperamos obter o entendimento em relação a contradição encontrada que ora proíbe e ora ordena (morte) nos discursos antagônicos desordenados entre si. Esperamos em poder contribuir com a construção exegética deste texto que se utiliza de práticas terríveis aos padrões de entendimento da pós-modernidade.

Abstract:
The construction of this research will take place in the analysis of the insertion of death מ֥וֹת mot as a punishment for the supporters of homosexuality in the midst of the speech of Leviticus 20,13, which substantially contradicts the commandment of the Mosaic law that prohibits death in the statement of Exodus 20, 13 “thou shalt not kill”. Our initial proposal is to discover the reasons that led the writers to include death as a punishment for practitioners of homosexuality in the post-Babylonian exile period. In this way, we will use as a study methodology, the bibliographic research, developed based on materials already published, the Bible Hebraica Stuttgartensia (1997) that will contribute to the translation and analysis of Sacred texts and the use of the Jerusalem Bible (1991) that will help us in the collection and recording of data relevant to the clipping to be researched. We hope to obtain an understanding in relation to the contradiction found that sometimes prohibits and sometimes orders (death) in the antagonistic discourses disordered among themselves. We hope to be able to contribute to the exegetical construction of this text that uses terrible practices to the standards of understanding of postmodernity.
