A ANTROPOLOGIA COMO PONTO DE REFLEXÃO SOBRE A DIVERSIDADE NOS CURSOS DE DIREITO
A relação entre a Antropologia e a Educação é um tema discutido desde
meados do século XIX, quando se começou a perceber, na escola antropológica
americana, que a antropologia em comunicação intensa com a Educação poderia
criar uma perspectiva amplamente modificadora na seara educacional. Entretanto,
é necessário se ressaltar que a Antropologia educacional brasileira ainda encontrase em um estágio bastante incipiente, tendo início de fato a partir da década de
1980. O presente projeto de pesquisa visa analisar a antropologia no meio
educacional, com foco no curso de Direito em faculdades particulares e públicas.
Dessa forma, busca-se, nesse projeto, analisar como o estudante de Direito lida em
sua vivencia diária com o outro enquanto diversidade, e como a metodologia assim
como o conteúdo repassado pela instituição pode influenciar nessa interação social
dentro da sala de aula. Os alunos vivem dentro de uma bolha, a qual os protege e
esconde do que realmente acontece ao seu redor, vivendo constantemente alheios
à realidade social gritante que constantemente se faz presente, o irônico, entretanto,
é que por se tratar de um curso onde a sociedade é matéria prima essencial para a
sua própria criação e manutenção, fecha-se os olhos para os fenômenos sociais
latentes em nossa sociedade.

Abstract:
The relationship between anthropology and education it’s a theme
discussed since the mid-nineteenth century, when a perception emerged in the
American anthropological school that anthropology in intense communication with
Education, could create a broadly changing perspective in the educational field. The
present research project aims to analyze anthropology in the educational
environment, focusing on the course of Law. This research project aims to analyze
anthropology without educational means, focusing on the course of Law in private
and public universities. In this way, it is sought, in this project, analyzing how the
student of Law in his daily living with the other as a diversity, and how a methodology
as well as the content passed by the institution can influence in this social interaction
within the classroom. Students live within a bubble, a quality of life and a hiding from
that really, live, live, live, live, live, live, live, live. society is the essential raw material
for its own creation and maintenance, we close our eyes to the social phenomena
latent in our society.
