A AGROECOLOGIA COMO CIÊNCIA MEDIADORA ENTRE A FORMAÇÃO DO AGRÔNOMO E A AGRICULTURA SUSTENTÁVEL
Diante das transformações que o
meio ambiente e a sociedade vêm sofrendo,
faz-se necessária a discussão de meios de
produção mais sustentáveis, especialmente
no meio acadêmico. Este trabalho tem como
objetivo fazer uma síntese da agroecologia
na formação do agrônomo e a agricultura
sustentável. Assim, foi realizada uma revisão
bibliográfica tendo como ponto de partida a
reflexão proporcionada pela agroecologia
como ciência mediadora entre a formação do
agrônomo e a agricultura sustentável. Foram
levantadas informações com base na pesquisa
bibliográfica, em meios impressos e virtuais. A
agroecologia desempenha papel fundamental
na promoção dos debates na busca de
uma agricultura sustentável, possibilitando
a formação de profissionais dinâmicos, que
tenham uma visão crítica do conhecimento
dos diferentes sistemas de produção, desde
tradicionais aos de base agroecológica.

Abstract:
Accordingly with the
transformations that the environment and
society are suffering, it is necessary to discuss
more sustainable means of production,
especially in the academic world. This work
aims to make a synthesis of agroecology in
the formation of agronomists and sustainable
agriculture. Thus, the bibliographical review was
carried out starting from the reflection provided
by agroecology as a mediating science between
the formation of the agronomist and sustainable
agriculture. Information was collected based on
bibliographical research, in printed and virtual
media. Agroecology has a fundamental role in
promoting debates in the search for sustainable
agriculture, enabling the training of dynamic
professionals, who have a critical view of the
knowledge of the different production systems,
from traditional to agroecological basis.
