1ª JORNADA MATOGROSSENSE DE SAÚDE: UMA BUSCA PELA UNIÃO DAS DIVERSAS CATEGORIAS PROFISSIONAIS DA ÁREA DA SAÚDE
A luta pelo direito e acesso à saúde
integra a construção democrática da sociedade
brasileira, tendo como marco criação do Sistema
Único de Saúde (SUS) e estabelecimento
dos princípios que o norteiam. As bases da
sociedade capitalista neoliberal estão firmadas
sobre a exploração do homem pelo homem,
alienação do trabalho e do trabalhador. O
desafio está em tentar inverter a ótica atual,
focando nas necessidades da população os
esforços a serem desprendidos. Tornou-se
urgente que os acadêmicos dos cursos da
saúde se (re)afirmem em suas singularidades/
especificidades já da academia, posicionandose
frente ao modo vigente de organização da
sociedade e definam a saúde que querem ofertar
aos usuários que irão cuidar. Assim, foi realizada
a Ia Jornada Matogrossense de Saúde, como
a temática “Cuidar Multiprofissional: desafios
contemporâneos para a área da saúde na busca
de uma assistência plena e igualitária”. Buscouse
fortalecer o SUS através do estabelecimento
de uma rede entre acadêmicos e profissionais
da saúde, viabilizando a concretização do
cuidado multiprofissional visando atender aos
princípios da universalidade, integralidade
e equidade preconizados em legislação
nacional, identificando e encaminhando
demandas dos diversos cursos objetivando
formação profissional que atenda aos anseios
da população e estejam em consonância com
os normativos legais que norteiam o SUS.
Pode-se considerar que o evento foi além das
expectativas dos envolvidos que resolveram
sonhar junto algo tão grandioso, trazendo os
variados cursos que possuem interface com a
saúde a um patamar de igualdade, ficando a certeza de que somente dessa forma
democrática é que o SUS será fortalecido.

Abstract:
The struggle for the right and access to health is part of the democratic
construction of Brazilian society, having as its landmark the creation of the Unified Health
System (SUS) and the establishment of the principles that guide it. The foundations of
neoliberal capitalist society rest on the exploitation of man by man, the alienation of
labor and the worker. The challenge is to try to reverse the current view, focusing on
the needs of the population the efforts to be given. It has become urgent that students
of health courses (re) assert themselves in their singularities / specificities already from
academia, taking a stand against the current mode of organization of society and defining
the health they want to offer to users who will care. Thus, the 1st Matogrossense Health
Day was held, as the theme “Multiprofessional Caring: Contemporary Challenges for
Health in the Search for Full and Equal Assistance”. We sought to strengthen the SUS
through the establishment of a network between academics and health professionals,
enabling the implementation of multiprofessional care in order to meet the principles of
universality, completeness and equity advocated in national legislation, identifying and
forwarding demands of various courses aiming professional training. that meets the
wishes of the population and are in line with the legal rules that guide the SUS. It can be
considered that the event went beyond the expectations of those involved who decided
to dream together something so great, bringing the various courses that interface with
health to a level of equality, making sure that only in this democratic way that SUS will
be strengthened.
