1. EFICIÊNCIA DA INOCULAÇÃO DE FUNGOS MICORRÍZICOS ARBUSCULARES EM MARACUJAZEIROS
A inoculação com fungos micorrízicos arbusculares (FMA) é uma estratégia para aumentar a produção de espécies de Passiflora, pois promove incremento no crescimento vegetal e na biossíntese de compostos bioativos de interesse medicinal. No entanto, os benefícios dependem da espécie vegetal, do FMA testado e de variáveis bióticas e abióticas avaliadas. Nesse sentido, essa alternativa agrícola está sendo estudada há mais 20 anos em Passifloraceae e esse capítulo tem como objetivo revisar as publicações que reportam os benefícios da micorrização em maracujazeiros.

Abstract:
The inoculation with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) is a strategy to increase the production of Passiflora species, because promotes increase in plant growth and biosynthesis of bioactive compounds of medicinal interest. However, the benefits depend on the specie, AMF tested and biotic and abiotic variables. Thus, In this sense, this agricultural alternative has been studied for over 20 years in Passifloraceae and this chapter aims to review publications that report the benefits of mycorrhization in passion fruit.
