BUG'S LIFE: REPORT ON A PEDAGOGICAL WORKSHOP FOR HIGH SCHOOLS BASED ON DIDACTIC MODELS AND ENTOMOLOGICAL COLLECTIONS
The present article consists of the description of a didactic transdisciplinary workshop, applied to the technical high school of cooperativism at the Federal Institute of Paraná (IFPR) located in the municipality of Capanema/PR, in person. With this, we seek to establish the explanation of the activity, pointing out the methodology and the proposed materials, investigating the relevance of insects for biodiversity and for the economy, since these small animals are part of an extremely diverse and voluminous group, called arthropods, however, often going unnoticed, carrying with it several negative stigmas. This way, explain what are the main characteristics that differ the group from the others, also pointing out about zoonoses, specifying how and where they occur, exposing their risks and treatments. Finally, we comment on the importance of different activities for students' learning, focusing on everyday knowledge, offering more options for the materials described, thus seeking to reach a larger audience.
