VALORACIÓN COMPARATIVA DE LA CALIDAD DE VIDA LABORAL DE LOS DOCENTES EN EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR Y ESPECIAL
Esta valoración comparativa de la Calidad de Vida Laboral entre dos ambientes educativos, uno a Nivel de Educación Superior y el otro de Educación Especial, es una investigación del tipo no experimental, cuantitativa, descriptiva y correlacional, en la que se contrastan los resultados de dos investigaciones realizadas en el transcurso del año 2019, donde se consideraron las condiciones laborales como factor preponderante.
Para el desarrollo de éstas investigaciones, se diseñaron y validaron instrumentos exprofeso, cuyas calificaciones en Alfa de Cronbach fueron: para el instrumento A, el que media la CVL de los Docentes del Tecnológico Nacional de México campus Ensenada de 0.863, mientras que para el instrumento B, aplicado en la evaluación de la CVL de los Docentes en Educación Especial de la ciudad de Ensenada, fue de 0.884; por lo que ambos instrumentos se consideran válidos, de buena calidad y consistencia.

Abstract:
This comparative assessment of the Quality of Work Life between two educational environments, one at the Higher Education Level and the other at Special Education, is a non-experimental, quantitative, descriptive and correlational type of research, in which the results of two investigations carried out during the year 2019, where working conditions were considered as a preponderant factor.
For the development of these investigations, expressly designed and validated instruments were designed and validated, whose scores in Cronbach's Alpha were: for instrument A, the one that measures the CVL of the Teachers of the National Technological Institute of Mexico Ensenada campus of 0.863, while for the instrument B, applied in the CVL evaluation of Special Education Teachers in the city of Ensenada, was 0.884; Therefore, both instruments are considered valid, of good quality and consistency. -
