TRANSVERSALIZACIÓN DE GÉNERO Y EQUIDAD EDUCATIVA EN LA CURRICULA DE QUÍMICO FARMACÉUTICO BIÓLOGO DE LA UACAM
La curricula de la licenciatura de Químico Farmacéutico Biólogo, después de ser evaluada se determinó que fue redactada y ejecutada por varias generaciones, considerando la transversalización educativa y de género dentro del curriculum formal el cual estuvo construido por 10 ejes, de los diez, en tres ejes se redactó con énfasis específicamente en la Fundamentación, Organización y estructura curricular y en Sistemas, en estos ejes se consideró la igualdad de la educación, por lo que la propuesta actual tiene que estimular la innovación permanente en los planes de estudio, los métodos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, además que aseguren las condiciones profesionales y financieras apropiadas a los docentes a fin de garantizar la excelencia de la investigación, enseñanza y la transversalización de la equidad educativa. La institución deberá contemplar la visión del aprendizaje desde un mapa curricular integrado, holístico, con programas de aprendizaje que promuevan el desarrollo de las potencialidades de los estudiantes considerando la perspectiva de género desde lo descrito y aplicado en el aula.

Abstract:
After evaluating the curriculum of the bachelor’s degree on biologist pharmaceutical chemist, it was determined that it was drafted and executed for several generations, considering the educational and gender transversalization in the formal curriculum, which was built upon ten axes. Out of the ten axes, three of them were emphatically drafted in the justification, organization, curricular structure and systems. In these axes it was considered the equality of education, for that reason the current proposal must stimulate the ongoing innovation in the curricula, the teaching and learning methods, and to ensure the adequate professional and financial conditions of the faculty as well, with the goal of guarantee the excellency in research, teaching and the transversalization of the educational equality. The institution must contemplate the teaching vision from an integrated, holistic curricular map, with learning programs that promote the development of the students’ potentialities, considering gender perspective from what is described and applied in the classroom.
