Abstract: This article examines the growing influence of artificial intelligence (AI) in transforming international trade, with a particular focus on its impact within Mexican companies. It highlights how AI is revolutionizing several critical aspects of business ope rations, such as optimizing supply chains, improving demand forecasting, automating customs and logistics processes, and personalizing global marketing strategies. It explores how AI plays a crucial role in supply chain optimization by automating and enhancing management, resulting in significant reductions in costs and delivery times. Additionally, it discusses how demand forecasting and inventory management benefit from analyzing historical data and real-time market trends, enabling companies to efficiently adjust their production and inventory handling. Automation in customs and logistics processes, facilitated by AI, becomes a key element in reducing processing times and minimizing errors, while the personalization of marketing strategies allows companies to tailor their campaigns to local preferences, increasing the effectiveness of their strategies in international markets. Finally, it addresses risk management, where AI helps identify and mitigate economic and political risks by anticipating potential market fluctuations and supply chain issues. In conclusion, integrating AI into business operations not only enhances operational efficiency but also drives growth and competitiveness in a globalized environment, emphasizing its relevance in the context of international trade in Mexico.
