• Abstract:

  Modern dentistry has been undergoing a rapid process of transformation driven by the incorporation of digital technologies, new approaches to clinical management, and a growing emphasis on the patient experience. This study aims to analyze how the integration of technology, strategic management, and humanization of care impacts the quality of dental services and the sustainability of dental practices. This is a qualitative study based on a literature review and theoretical analysis of contemporary healthcare management models. The results indicate that the adoption of digital technologies, combined with efficient management practices, contributes significantly to the improvement of clinical and administrative processes. Furthermore, a patient-centered approach emerges as a determining factor for patient loyalty and competitiveness in the dental sector.
  It can be concluded that the transformation of dentistry requires an integrated approach, in which technological innovation, efficient management, and a focus on the patient experience work synergistically.
