TECNOLOGÍA, INNOVACIÓN E INVESTIGACIÓN NARRATIVA: CLAVE EN EL CONOCIMIENTO Y APRENDIZAJE INTERORGANIZACIONAL
El propósito general de este trabajo es describir aspectos de los conceptos de tecnología e innovación, en un contexto social, como fuentes de desarrollo para el aprendizaje y el conocimiento interorganizacional y mostrar la investigación narrativa como una técnica de análisis de la forma en que las organizaciones aprenden y adquieren el conocimiento. Para el efecto, se describen algunos aspectos de las teorías sobre la tecnología y la innovación, y sobre el enfoque de la narrativa y las actividades de “sensemaking” en la búsqueda del significado del aprendizaje y el conocimiento adquirido sobre la base de valores, prioridades y preferencias (Weick 2005). Como ilustración de la investigación narrativa y las actividades de sensemaking, la experiencia se vuelca hacia los innumerables casos de relacionamientos entre actores de redes interorganizacionales para le generación de innovación tecnológica, bajo los esquemas representados en los modelos del triángulo de Sábato y el de la Triple Hélice. Finalmente se concluye, planteando algunas alternativas de estímulo y apoyo al robustecimiento del conocimiento interorganizacional en que se muestra el aprendizaje “learning-from-network” y el aprendizaje tecnológico como impulsores del crecimiento económico y del desarrollo local y nacional.

Abstract:
The general purpose of this work is to describe aspects of the concepts of technology and innovation, in a social context, as development sources for learning and interorganizational knowledge and to show narrative research as a technique of analysis of the form in which organizations learn and acquire knowledge. For this purpose, some aspects of the theories on technology and innovation are described, and on the approach of the narrative and the “sensemaking” activities in the search for the meaning of learning and the acquired knowledge on the basis of values, priorities and preferences (Weick 2005). As an illustration of narrative research and sensemaking activities, the experience is based on innumerable cases of relationships between actors in interorganizational networks for the generation of technological innovation, under the schemes represented in the models of the Sábato and the Triple triangle. Finally, it concludes by laying out some alternatives to stimulate and support the strengthening of inter-organizational knowledge in which “learning-from-network” learning and technological learning are shown as drivers of economic growth and local and national development.
