Abstract: The teaching and learning process should be geared towards methodologies that foster logical-mathematical reasoning in problem-solving, providing active student participation and facilitating teacher mediation during playful activities. This study presents a proposal for a didactic game focused on Plane Geometry, emphasizing teaching using concrete materials developed in a mathematics laboratory, intended for 2nd-year high school classes. The research outlined has a qualitative and quantitative character, structured in two stages: initially, an expository lesson for the application of fundamental concepts and, subsequently, the application of the "Geometric Taboo," a game composed of a board and 50 thematic cards with questions directed to the content of Plane Geometry. For future data collection, the application of a learning activity and a post-game questionnaire is planned. It is expected that this approach will favor meaningful learning, arousing student interest and stimulating youth protagonism.
