SEXUALITY AND POWER RELATIONS IN "O ATENEU"
Presentation and analysis of the work "O Ateneu" (1888), by Raul Pompéia, with a focus on the homoaffective relationships present in the novel. The analysis considered the reading and critical reflection of the work, as well as the bibliographic review of the subject in question. Scenes and modes of homoaffective relationships were verified in O Ateneu in a veiled way and subject to analysis based on Queer Theory.
