Abstract: Training can function as a key differentiator for companies in the field of international trade. Proper training and preparation of employees not only improves their individual performance but also provides a significant competitive advantage to organizations compared to those that do not invest in staff development. Companies that train their employees have a greater ability to adapt to changes in the global market, improve operational efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.
