Through an analysis of 24 research studies, it highlights the importance of adopting hybrid models, which combine the best of face-to-face and virtual education, allowing for more flexible and accessible learning. It also highlights the relevance of curricular innovation and teacher training to adapt to new social and technological demands, thus guaranteeing quality education. Universities must listen to the voices of students and modernize their approaches to offer a more inclusive and relevant education.
