RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LEADERS' ATTITUDES AND THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS IN PLANNING EXECUTION
THE PURPOSE OF THIS WORK IS TO ANALYZE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ATTITUDES OF THE LEADERS AND THE DEGREE OF EFFICIENCY AND THE DEGREE OF EFFECTIVENESS IN THE EXECUTION OF THE PLANNING OF BUSINESS STRATEGIES, HIGHLIGHTING THE RELATIONSHIP EXISTING BETWEEN THEM. FOR THAT, A SURVEY WAS CONDUCTED WITH 20 LEADERS OF MEDIUM-SIZED COMPANIES IN THE STATE OF SÃO PAULO, REPRESENTATIVES OF THE TRADE, INDUSTRY AND SERVICES SECTORS. IT WAS POSSIBLE TO CONCLUDE THAT THE TIME MANAGEMENT CARRIED OUT BY THE LEADERS AND BY THE LEADERS, THE KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT THE GOALS ARE AND HOW TO EXECUTE THEM, THE CADENCE OF EXECUTION OF THE PLANNING BY THE TEAMS AND THE FREQUENCY OF MONITORING OF THE EXECUTION CARRIED OUT BY THE LEADERS; THEY PRESENT A DIRECT RELATIONSHIP WITH THE DEGREE OF EFFICIENCY AND THE DEGREE OF EFFECTIVENESS OF THE EXECUTION. OTHER ATTITUDES LIKE HAVING A SYSTEMIC VIEW OF THE BUSINESS, AND BEING COMMITTED AND RESPONSIBLE FOR GOALS, HAVE NO DIRECT RELATIONSHIP WITH THE DEGREES OF EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS, ALTHOUGH THEY ARE IMPORTANT FOR THE COMPANIES.
