REDUCCIÓN DE COSTOS DE MANUFACTURA A TRAVÉS DE LA METODOLOGÍA DIBA EN EL ÁREA DE TROQUELADOS DEL SECTOR AUTOMOTRIZ
El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad de presentar una metodología, su implementación y resultados obtenidos en el producto “cacha” en el proceso de troquelado. Dado que los costos de retrabajo eran representativos y generaban el cuello de botella en el flujo de la pieza. La metodología consiste en el diagnóstico con base a herramientas estadísticas y de ingeniería industrial, implementación de buenas prácticas en la organización y análisis de resultados que sean viables y fáciles para un autocontrol. La metodología es autoría propia donde los significados de las siglas son: Diagnostico (D), Implementación (I), Buenas prácticas (B) y Autocontrol (A); “DIBA”.

Abstract:
The purpose of this project is to present a methodology, its implementation and the results obtained in the "cacha" product in the die-cutting process. Since the rework costs were representative and generated the bottleneck in the flow of the piece. The methodology consists of diagnosis based on statistical and industrial engineering tools, implementation of good practices in the organization and analysis of results that are viable and easy for self-control. The methodology is own authorship where the meanings of the acronyms are: Diagnosis (D), Implementation (I), Good practices (B) and Self-control (A); "DIBA".
