Abstract: The research Innovative practices of teachers with managerial functions and their effects on students' academic performance, is carried out on teachers in front of a group with a management committee in kindergarten schools, using a qualitative method, to obtain information about the research, a survey was designed and applied, which included closed questions and multiple choice answers, from which the opinion of the reporting subjects was obtained, consisting of 5 teachers with managerial functions. An electronic form created in Google Forms was used, which was sent to teachers through the Whatsapp application, which were answered according to the time of each teacher. The findings are diverse based on the experience of the teachers, which are written in the content, related to the theories raised.
