PERCEPCIÓN DE CALIDAD DE VIDA PARA EL DESARROLLO EN COMUNIDADES RURALES: CASO XICO VIEJO, VERACRUZ, MÉXICO
No contexto do habitat rural e da produção habitacional, o objetivo desta pesquisa é avaliar os elementos que compõem a habitabilidade em comunidades rurais e conhecer a percepção dos moradores, principalmente articulada com sua qualidade de vida. É utilizada uma metodologia mista, quantitativa e qualitativa. Os resultados dependem e estão relacionados aos hábitos dos habitantes, ao meio ambiente, à sua cultura e à construção das relações sociais que desenvolvem, a partir do papel que desempenham nos processos sociais e na arquitetura do lugar, onde os pontos que poderiam beneficiar diretamente os habitantes para melhorar seu meio ambiente. Como conclusões, propõe-se uma nova forma de compreender sua realidade e conceber o desenvolvimento, além do reconhecimento da identidade e do caráter cultural, bem como a transcendência como elemento fundamental para o equilíbrio ecológico e territorial.

Abstract:
In the context of rural habitat and housing production, the objective of this research is to evaluate the elements that make up habitability in rural communities and to know the perception of the inhabitants mainly articulated with their quality of life. A mixed, quantitative and qualitative methodology is used. The results depend on and are related to the habits of the inhabitants, the environment, their culture and the construction of the social relationships that they develop, from the role they play in the social processes and in the architecture of the place, where the points that could directly benefit the inhabitants to improve their environment. As conclusions, a new way of understanding their reality and conceiving development is proposed, in addition to the recognition of the identity and cultural character, as well as the transcendence as a fundamental element for the ecological and territorial balance.
