STUDENTS' PERCEPTION OF BACHELOR'S DEGREE COURSES IN ADMINISTRATION OFFERED BY THE FEDERAL NETWORK OF PROFESSIONAL, SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATION
Considering that the Federal Network for Professional, Scientific and Technological Education (RFEPCT) has only recently started offering Bachelor's Degree courses in Business Administration, and that it has not been possible to identify any surveys that present the perception of RFEPCT students about the course in question, this research sought to identify the level of satisfaction of undergraduates on the Bachelor's Degree course in Business Administration in Brazil offered by the RFEPCT. This research is justified by its possible contribution to improving business teaching and its ability to reveal aspects in which the RFEPCT needs to improve. To this end, a quantitative research approach was used, covering all of the RFEPCT's Administration courses and using the undergraduates themselves as research subjects. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Factor Analysis, Content Analysis and Frequency Analysis. The main results indicate that the RFEPCT, in the context of administration teaching, caters mostly for students enrolled in evening courses, and that they show a high level of satisfaction with their courses. Among the suggestions for improvement, the demands for greater applicability of the content taught and greater access to research and extension activities stand out.
