Pautas Comunicacionales de la Violencia Urbana No Delictiva (VUND). Un fenómeno ciudadano urgente por visibilizar
El propósito del artículo es dar a conocer parte de los resultados de la investigación que
visibiliza un tipo de violencia poco estudiado académicamente, la VUND (Violencia
Urbana No Delictiva) y muestra las pautas patológicas de comunicación que la subyacen,
comprendidas desde los axiomas de la comunicación humana y el diálogo de saberes.
Este estudio es mixto de casos múltiples de 5 ciudadanos bogotanos y 5 barceloneses. Se
utilizan tres instrumentos: la prueba de Ira estado/rasgo, STAXI2 (con baremos tanto
colombianos como españoles), el otro es un instrumento de Autopercepción de la VUND
de realización propia y la entrevista individual semiestructurada con cada participante. El
análisis de la información cuantitativa de los resultados arrojados por el STAXI2 se
realiza a través de un análisis estadístico descriptivo, mientras que el análisis de la
información cualitativa se da a partir de un análisis de contenido categorial, analizándose
la narrativa y percepción de cada participante a la luz de las categorías de investigación
(VUND,y Convivencia no violenta), retomados para efectos del presente artículo los
resultados arrojados por el STAXI2 y los axiomas de la comunicación.
El estudio muestra pautas patológicas de comunicación que subyacen a la VUND en las
dos ciudades son distintas. Los bogotanos tienden a generar escaladas simétricas de gran
intensidad de la ira, generando rechazo hacia el “otro” que es materializada también en
golpes. Los barceloneses tienden a presentar pautas complementarias relacionadas con la
desconfirmación del self de los migrantes, donde éstos últimos responden con sumisión.
Finalmente, la VUND está relacionada con temperamentos de ira, falta de sensibilización
hacia el otro, individualismo, discriminación y el afán cotidiano.

Abstract:
The article´s purpose is, to present a partial of the results from the investigation which
make visible a kind of violence no much academically studied, the VUND (from its
initials in Spanish, Urban Violence No considered Criminal Activity- Violencia Urbana
No Delictiva) and it shows the pathological patterns of communication that underlie
them, understood from the human communication axioms and the dialogue of
knowledges.
This study is mixed, from multiple cases of 5 citizens Bogota and 5 from Barcelona.
There is used 3 tools: the anger test state/trait, STAXI2 (with scales as in Colombia such
as in Spain), the other is a self-perception tool for the VUND, author’s own, and the
semi-structured individual interview with each participant. The quantitative analysis of
the information from the results generated by the STAXI2 is carried out through a
descriptive statistical analysis, while the qualitative analysis of the information is given
from a categorical content analysis, analyzing the narrative and perception of each
participant in the light of the research categories (VUND, and Nonviolent Coexistence).The study shows pathological patterns of communication that underlie to the VUND in
the two cities are different. The citizens from Bogota tend to generate symmetrical
escalations of great anger intensity, generating rejection towards the " other"
which is also materialized in beatings. The people of Barcelona tend to present
complementary guidelines related to the disconfirmation of the migrants’ self, where the
latter respond with submission. Finally, VUND is related to angry temperaments, lack of
awareness towards the other, individualism, discrimination and the daily urge.
