CORPORATE NEUROARCHITECTURE: THE EXPERIENCE OF THE PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AS A TOOL FOR HUMANIZED OFFICES
In current times, we spend more time at our workplaces than at our homes. This requires special attention to how these places are being designed and how they interfere with the individual's productivity and satisfaction. The more positive the experience within an environment, the greater the feeling of well-being. This research aims to analyze the impacts that the physical work environment has on our physical and mental health and how the humanization of these spaces results in a better quality of life. The content was based on analysis of precedents, studies already carried out and readings about corporate architecture and human evolution in order to elucidate the fundamental points for building more humane offices. The results indicate that the choices within an environment interfere with human behavior, as well as its layout, spatial organization, furniture and the present sensory experience. Belonging to your workplace makes the individual more secure and confident and consequently will have greater collaboration and efficiency.
