NEOLIBERALISMO E SEUS IMPACTOS NA AMPLIAÇÃO EDUCATIVA INTERNA: CHINA ENQUANTO ÂMAGO DO CONTRAPONTO ÀS SOCIEDADES ADMINISTRADAS

RESUMO: É fato público e notório a predominância do neoliberalismo nas nações modernas, tal sistema político não possui repercussões somente em balizas administrativas ou estruturais mas em outros campos pouco óbvios. Um destes é o sistema educacional, por lógica, a Educação é financiada sobremaneira pelo Estado e seus recursos, os mesmos são alvo de profunda especulação de setores importantes da burguesia, deixando clara a insatisfação com um ensino amplo, irrestrito e acessível para crianças, jovens e adultos. O objetivo deste artigo é compreender as principais diferenças do manejo estatal educativo no que se refere ao Brasil e a China, especificamente entre os anos de 1977 e 2011. Foi efetuada uma revisão de literatura com artigos, livros e documentos governamentais com língua principal inglesa ou portuguesa, além de excluir dissertações e teses. Conclui-se que o contexto educacional brasileiro é fortemente influenciado por contingências que atrapalham o entendimento da Educação enquanto um investimento, relegando esta temática a lateralidade com investidas de sucateamento constantes, em contraponto ao que se observa na China.   • Abstract: ABSTRACT: The predominance of neoliberalism in modern nations is a public and notorious fact. This political system has repercussions not only in administrative or structural areas, but also in other fields that are not very obvious. One of these is the education system. By logic, education is heavily funded by the state and its resources are the target of deep speculation by important sectors of the bourgeoisie, making clear their dissatisfaction with broad, unrestricted and accessible education for children, young people and adults. The aim of this article is to understand the main differences in state management of education in Brazil and China, specifically between 1977 and 2011. A literature review was carried out using articles, books and government documents in English or Portuguese, as well as excluding dissertations and theses. It was concluded that the Brazilian educational context is strongly influenced by contingencies that hinder the understanding of education as an investment, relegating this theme to the sidelines with constant scrapping, in contrast to what is observed in China.
