• Abstract:

  Climate change is currently a recurring theme in the mass media. The fact is that most of the population is unaware of the problem, but is suffering the consequences of climate change. So, what can we do to involve everyone in government and society to initiate a change that we know will have long-term results, but we need to start. In this context, this article seeks to present the discussions about climate change, as well as analyzing the involvement of society and government in climate change today. Finally, this article aims to show what we can all do - governments, society and the private sector - to mitigate the impacts of climate change, given that it is not a simple task, as it involves a series of measures that are difficult to implement, have a high cost and require time in the medium to long term. But we have to start and try to take action for the future of the planet.
