Conflict Resolution Methods for Individuals with High IQs
This article aims to investigate the neurobiology of communication in individuals with high IQs, highlighting how their elevated cognitive abilities may influence the choice of techniques used for conflict resolution. Therefore, through a systematic literature review and the integration of functional neuroimaging studies, genomic analysis, and empirical data, it is possible to observe synaptic connectivity, the efficacy of neural networks, and neuronal plasticity specific to the gifted. Thus, mediation methodologies adapted to these individuals are proposed, illustrated with practical examples to facilitate appropriate conflict resolution.
