Methodology to Obtain the Impact of Teacher Training Courses at TecNM/IT Pachuca
El impacto de la capacitación docente en las instituciones de educación superior es fundamental para conocer
la manera en que se están ejerciendo las competencias adquiridas por los docentes en sus capacitaciones y llevarlas al
aula para verificar que lo aprendido sea parte de la planeación didáctica y de las estrategias de enseñanza aprendizaje. En
este sentido es necesario saber el impacto mediante un método efectivo, el cual consiste en el aprovechamiento de los
profesores de los cursos es decir, sus calificaciones obtenidas, la calificación del servicio ofrecido, generación de grupos
de control mediante encuestas de opinión a los estudiantes y evaluaciones docentes y departamentales, con ello se busca
crear tablas dinámicas con diferentes variables que permitan verificar el impacto con promedios de acuerdo a las variables
utilizadas y descritas en el proceso de la presente investigación.

Abstract:
The impact of teacher training in higher education institutions is essential to know
the way in which the competences acquired by teachers in their training are being exercised and take them to the
classroom to verify that what has been learned is part of the didactic planning and teaching-learning strategies. In
In this sense, it is necessary to know the impact through an effective method, which consists of taking advantage of the
teachers of the courses that is, their qualifications obtained, the qualification of the service offered, generation of groups
of control through opinion surveys of students and teacher and departmental evaluations, with this it is sought
create dynamic tables with different variables that allow to verify the impact with averages according to the variables
used and described in the process of this investigation.
