Abstract: Objective: To analyze scientific productions of the last 05 years on the care of hospitalized children, with a view to the effects of playful technologies. Methodology: Integrative review, structured based on the recommendations of the international guide PRISMA-ScR10, carried out in 05 databases. Results: 260 publications were obtained which, after sorting, totaled 15 articles for the final sample. The thematic analysis defined 02 thematic axes: playful technologies in pediatric nursing care and therapeutic benefits; and the ludic from the perspective of children, parents/companions and nursing professionals. Discussion: The most used ludic technologies were: therapeutic toy, theater, clown therapy, storytelling, children's games and music therapy, which obtained relevant therapeutic effects in nursing care, especially in the relief of pain, stress, anxiety and fear. It was revealed that nursing professionals, children and parents recognize that play therapy brings important biopsychosocial benefits, in addition to collaborating for a more humanized care, however, especially health professionals, report work overload, lack of materials and professional training. Final considerations: There were therapeutic benefits present in nursing care, but the need for training in the implementation of play therapy in a hospital environment.
