Abstract: This research analyzes the integration of digital technologies into educational models and the university curriculum from a humanistic perspective, taking as a case study the Computer Systems Engineering program at the Tecnológico Nacional de México, Instituto Tecnológico de Minatitlán. The study arises from the need to reflect on how digital tools strengthen learning while also contributing to the integral development of students. Currently, higher education institutions face the challenge of adapting to constant technological advances and the new demands of the professional environment. In this context, digital technologies have become fundamental elements within teaching and learning processes, especially in areas related to engineering and computing. The research examines how these technologies are integrated into the university curriculum and their impact on the academic and human development of students. Likewise, it highlights the importance of promoting an education that not only strengthens technical competencies, but also fosters values, critical thinking, social responsibility, and collaborative work. The results show that the appropriate use of digital tools promotes more dynamic, participatory, and meaningful learning processes, contributing to the integral development of future professionals. Finally, it is concluded that the integration of digital technologies represents an opportunity to strengthen educational quality, provided that their implementation is carried out through student-centered pedagogical strategies oriented toward a humanistic education.
