LA EXPERIENCIA LABORAL COMO FACTOR DETERMINANTE DEL POTENCIAL EMPRENDEDOR
En el presente trabajo analizó la actitud de emprendimiento social y la importancia de contar con experiencia profesional por parte de los estudiantes de mercadotecnia de la Universidad de Sonora. Las Universidades Públicas se preocupan cada vez más porque los estudiantes universitarios creen sus propias empresas como salida profesional.
Los individuos que desea emprender, se sustentan en las experiencias que anticipan un futuro inspirador, generan un proyecto de vida orientado por su situación personal la cual es determinante en la intención de emprender un negocio.
El objetivo fue analizar la actitud de emprendimiento social tomando como indicadores la experiencia laboral como un factor relevante a la hora de tomar la decisión de emprender. El trabajo es de carácter descriptivo, acerca de la formación y la actitud emprendedora social de los estudiantes. La hipótesis consideró que no existe una diferencia significativa entre los estudiantes que cuentan con experiencia laboral y los que no la tienen en cuanto al desarrollo de su perfil emprendedor.

Abstract:
In this work, he analyzed the attitude of social entrepreneurship and the importance of having professional experience on the part of the marketing students of the University of Sonora. Public universities are increasingly concerned that university students create their own companies as a career opportunity.
Individuals who want to start, are based on experiences that anticipate an inspiring future, generate a life project oriented by their personal situation which is decisive in the intention of starting a business.
The objective was to analyze the attitude of social entrepreneurship taking as indicators the work experience as a relevant factor when making the decision to undertake. The work is descriptive, about the training and the social entrepreneurial attitude of the students. The hypothesis considered that there is no significant difference between students who have work experience and those who do not have it in terms of developing their entrepreneurial profile.
