CONTEMPORARY MANAGEMENT FROM A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE: THE SCIENTIFIC METHOD
La administración, se encuentra inmersa en un dinamismo que la obliga adecuarse a las
exigencias que impone la globalización. Esto dá lugar a que los procesos que se derivan de la
aplicación de esta se lleven a cabo de acuerdo a una metodología científica que les permita un
sustento sólido y que a su vez pueda distinguirse la diferencia entre lo científico y lo técnico; esa
dualidad, ha dado como resultado la administración científica, distinguiendose como máximo
exponente a Frederick W. Taylor. El proceso administrativo, está supeditado a una metodología
científica que le permite en el presente ser la base de la administración moderna, representando la
prueba más tangible de su utilidad, pero sobre todo del éxito alcanzado con la cientifización de la
administración.

Abstract:
The administration is immersed in a dynamism that forces it to adapt to the demands imposed by globalization. This gives rise to the processes that derive from the application of this are carried out according to a scientific methodology that allows them a solid support and that in turn can distinguish the difference between the scientific and the technical; This duality has resulted in scientific administration, distinguishing itself as the greatest exponent of Frederick W. Taylor. The administrative process is subject to a scientific methodology that allows it to be the basis of modern administration, representing the most tangible proof of its usefulness, but above all of the success achieved with the scientificization of administration.
