• Abstract:

  This teaching case presents the trajectory of the Belone brothers and their fruit and vegetable producing and exporting company, highlighting elements of entrepreneurship, strategy, strategic management, entrepreneurial skills and exports linked to a small business. The text reports the unusual journey of entrepreneurs, who identified better conditions for business development in the international market than in the Brazilian market. It is more common in the Brazilian literature on entrepreneurship the case of doing business only in the national territory.
