INTOLERANCE AND HUMAN RIGHTS: DISCUSSING OPPRESSION AND VULNERABILITY FOR SYRIAN REFUGEES
This article seeks to identify the concepts of Intolerance and Social Vulnerability considering the works of Gramisci and Raul Zaffaroni, in the understanding of the conforming elements of victimization, through a bibliographic review and data collection. Surveys are carried out on the evolution of cases in Syria from 2011 onwards. The proposed discussion allows the understanding of the role of the autonomy of the human person in the discussion about the ways that amplify the protection of victims in contemporary conflicts.

Abstract:
