• Abstract: Background: Venous ulcers of the lower limb are a relevant health problem worldwide. During treatment, healing may be delayed by several factors, one of them being the presence of biofilm, thus the need to understand the Nursing care provided to control its presence emerges. Objective: to identify the nursing interventions at a local and systemic level in the approach to venous ulcers with the presence of biofilm; Analise the autonomy of the nursing care. Methodology: Scoping review using the PCC methodology to formulate the research question: "What are the Nursing interventions to control biofilm in venous ulcers of the lower limb? The search for articles was conducted between April and May 2022, in the following databases: Pubmed, SciELO and Scopus. From the delation performed and the quality assessment resulted a final sample of three articles. Results: The evidence was presented in two categories: local and systemic interventions resulting in several nursing interventions for biofilm control in venous leg ulcers, such as therapeutic options and knowledge, respectively. Conclusions: The nursing interventions showed to be effective in controlling biofilm and, consequently, promoting the patient's quality of life.
