INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE TEACHING AND LEARNING OF ANIMAL ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AT IFRO, CAMPUS ARIQUEMES
This experience report arose from the challenges faced by teachers and the academic community in the face of the migration from the study of face-to-face Animal Anatomy and Physiology to online classes of an emergency nature in times of COVID-19. Information and communication technologies (ICT'S) were incorporated into teaching in an attempt to continue face-to-face classes at IFRO, Campus Ariquemes. The experience took place with undergraduate students, who participated in the abrupt process of adapting an essentially practical discipline to a distance learning format. The COVID-19 pandemic brought significant changes and debates to the teaching of Anatomy and Physiology, as teaching and learning became a more dynamic and interactive process, irreversibly changing the autonomy of students and teaching practice.
