• Abstract:

  The implementation of the ERP system in small companies is of paramount importance in such a competitive and globalized market. Information Systems (IS) allow companies to integrate their information, increasing efficiency and ensuring quality in their unified process. This article aims to analyze the importance and benefits of the ERP system in small businesses. The case study carried out in a small service company makes it possible to identify the relevance and benefits of a customized ERP system adapted to the company's process.
