Abstract: The advancement of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) has expanded the potential for automating cognitive and creative tasks, significantly impacting the early stages of the product and service lifecycle. This paper aims to develop a conceptual model that links GenAI attributes to the Build-Measure-Learn cycle, a core structure of lean development. The study adopts an exploratory approach, based on a critical review of scientific, technical, and institutional literature, complemented by practical examples of GenAI applications in innovation contexts. As a result, it proposes a framework that connects GenAI functionalities—such as prototyping, feedback analysis, and learning synthesis—to the phases of building, measuring, and learning. The study offers a foundation for future reflections on the strategic use of GenAI in agile environments, while also addressing the risks and limitations of these technologies and highlighting the need for ethical governance and continuous human oversight.
