Family and school: opportunity for educational transformation
Se procura transformar el vínculo familia-escuela a partir de la modernización del
proyecto educativo institucional, en el marco de la actualización e implementación
de las diferentes áreas de gestión. El referente experiencial como profesoras e
investigadoras y la revisión de literatura, posibilitó plantear el problema de
investigación para atender dificultades asociadas con la participación de las
familias en la escuela.
Se han considerado investigaciones enfocadas en la relación familia y escuela,
influencia de la familia en el entorno educativo y la vinculación del contexto familiar
con el rendimiento académico; asuntos que permiten un acercamiento al
problema, en cuanto a concertación, toma de decisiones y gestión conjunta. La
metodología de la investigación se enmarca en un paradigma de corte cualitativo y
utiliza como método la teoría fundamentada, en el proceso de recolección de la
información se han utilizado tareas de formación que han permitido consolidar
vínculos recíprocos y complementarios.

Abstract:
It seeks to transform the family-school link from the modernization of the institutional educational project, within the framework of the updating and implementation of the different management areas. The experiential reference as teachers and researchers and the literature review, made it possible to pose the research problem to address difficulties associated with the participation of families in school.
Research focused on the family and school relationship, the influence of the family in the educational environment and the link between the family context and academic performance have been considered; issues that allow an approach to the problem, in terms of agreement, decision-making and joint management. The research methodology is part of a qualitative paradigm and uses grounded theory as a method. In the information collection process, training tasks have been used that have allowed the consolidation of reciprocal and complementary links. -
