For this reason, one of the biggest problems of an organization is not having knowledge about how workers feel about their place where they are carrying out their work. To carry out this research, research was carried out in documents and articles on the internet about the work environment, and the variables that determine the behavior of employees in the organization and derived from this, allow the design of strategies for improvement.
