ESTRATÉGIAS PARA SUSTENTAR A LIDERANÇA EDUCACIONAL DE GOIÁS NO IDEB: ANÁLISE DE PRÁTICAS INOVADORAS E INVESTIMENTOS EM CAPACITAÇÃO DOCENTE E INFRAESTRUTURA DIGITAL

O presente estudo aborda o uso de novas tecnologias no ambiente educacional e sua possível influência quanto à liderança educacional de Goiás no Índice de Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica (IDEB). Tem-se por objetivo geral analisar junto a docentes e gestores possíveis práticas inovadoras, estratégias pedagógicas implementadas que têm contribuído para o desempenho educacional do estado, especialmente no que se refere à sustentação e ao aprimoramento de sua posição no IDEB. Especificamente investigar o impacto do uso de tecnologias digitais no cenário educacional, evidenciar como a tecnologia pode ajudar ao processo de ensino aprendizagem, analisar a percepção de professores sobre o uso de tecnologias digitais na educação em Goiás, e, por fim, verificar possível colaboração quanto ao uso de novas tecnologias para a aprendizagem como estratégias tecnológicas e pedagógicas para sustentar a liderança educacional de Goiás no IDEB. A pesquisa realizada é de caráter exploratório, de abordagem qualitativa, com dez professores de escolas que apresentaram melhores resultados no IDEB, utilizando questionário com dez questões fechadas. Através desta pesquisa, pode-se observar que a integração de tecnologias tem sido um componente para melhorar o desempenho no IDEB. A implantação de lousas digitais, ambientes virtuais de aprendizagem e formação de professores são iniciativas que favorecem um ensino mais dinâmico e inovador. Portanto, a implementação dessas abordagens, investimento em programas educacionais baseados em metodologias ativas, plataformas digitais como ‘Ser Goiás’ e ‘Net Escola’ de aprendizagem, tem favorecido a melhoria na aprendizagem dos estudantes, refletindo-se nos indicadores de qualidade do ensino.

  • Abstract: This study deals with the use of new technologies in the educational environment and their possible influence on the educational leadership of Goiás in the Basic Education Development Index (IDEB). The general objective is to analyze with teachers and managers possible innovative practices, pedagogical strategies implemented that have contributed to the state's educational performance, especially with regard to sustaining and improving its position in the IDEB. Specifically, to investigate the impact of the use of digital technologies in the educational scenario, to show how technology can help the teaching-learning process, to analyze teachers' perceptions of the use of digital technologies in education in Goiás and, finally, to verify possible collaboration regarding the use of new technologies for learning as technological and pedagogical strategies to sustain Goiás' educational leadership in the IDEB. The research carried out was exploratory in nature, with a qualitative approach, with ten teachers from schools that showed the best results in the IDEB, using a questionnaire with ten closed questions. Through this research, it can be seen that the integration of technologies has been a component in improving performance in the IDEB. The implementation of digital whiteboards, virtual learning environments and teacher training are initiatives that favor more dynamic and innovative teaching. Therefore, the implementation of these approaches, investment in educational programs based on active methodologies, digital platforms such as 'Ser Goiás', 'Net Escola' for learning, has favored an improvement in student learning, reflected in the quality of teaching indicators.
