This article analyzes the main strategies that enable small companies to succeed in bidding processes in Brazil. It addresses legal, technical and operational aspects, based on practical experience of executing public contracts in various spheres, including works for the Army, city halls, hospitals, schools and federal institutions. The aim is to provide an accessible and objective overview of how to structure competitive bids, overcome bureaucratic barriers and ensure the efficient execution of contracts, promoting inclusion and business development in the public sector.
