ESFUERZOS DE LA UNIVERSIDAD PARA FORTALECER LA CULTURA DE LA LEGALIDAD EN TIEMPOS DE PANDEMIA
La cultura de la legalidad es muy importante, la enseñanza de los valores universales es punto clave para el momento social actual; máxime en el sector educativo pues a través de éste, se promueven valores, creencias, normas y acciones, para que la sociedad tengan confianza y respeto en el estado de derecho. Tal es el caso de las universidades, que imparten educación en las diferentes ramas del saber, quienes dadas las condiciones de pandemia, han tenido que implementar acciones para salvaguardar los derechos humanos de su comunidad universitaria, en lo referente a salud y educación. En este tenor la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México fortaleciendo la cultura de legalidad suspendió las actividades presenciales con el fin de prevenir el contagio del virus SARS-Co-V-2; no obstante se habilitaron plataformas, capacitaciones para profesores y alumnos, becas y conexión a internet para continuar con el proceso educativo, protegiendo sus derechos antes referidos.

Abstract:
The culture of legality is very important, the teaching of universal values is a key point for the current social moment; especially in the educational sector because through it, values, beliefs, norms and actions are promoted, so that society has confidence and respect in the rule of law. Such is the case of universities, which provide education in the different branches of knowledge, who, given the pandemic conditions, have had to implement actions to safeguard the human rights of their university community, in terms of health and education. In this sense, the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico, strengthening the culture of legality, suspended face-to-face activities in order to prevent the spread of the SARS-Co-V-2 virus; however, platforms, training for teachers and students, scholarships and internet connection were enabled to continue with the educational process, protecting their aforementioned rights.
