Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a escuta especializada no contexto das políticas públicas que integram o Sistema de Garantia de Direitos (SGD), ancoradas na Lei 13.431/2017 que define a execução de escuta para crianças e adolescentes em situação ou testemunha de violência. Pretende-se através deste estudo refletir sobre a proteção social, instrumentalidade e o compromisso ético-político fundamental para o exercício profissional de serviço social, frente às contradições que perpassam a metodologia, contando com arcabouço teórico e legal para a análise.

  • Abstract: This study aims to analyze specialized listening in the context of public policies that integrate the Rights Guarantee System (SGD), anchored in Law 13.431/2017, which defines the execution of listening for children and adolescents in situations or witnesses of violence. The aim of this study is to reflect on social protection, instrumentality and the fundamental ethical-political commitment for the professional practice of social work, in view of the contradictions that permeate the methodology, counting on a theoretical and legal framework for the analysis.
