The main objective of the study is to observe the notions of property raised in 1917, during the Russian Revolution, by the thinker Rosa Luxemburg. And it outlines the systemic and complexity theories worked on by Edgar Morin and Fritjof Capra. In methodology The deductive approach method is used in the theoretical constructions to be carried out during the work. As a procedural method, research is developed by current legislation, jurisprudential and doctrinal research.
